I absolutely adore this song. It’s by Black Kids, if you haven’t listened to it/them, you should.
Just a simple painting that I’m pretty proud of for the fact that I managed to not screw it up.
Girl based loosely on Ramona Flowers from Scott Pilgrim and Ailish from Sudeki (look her up, she’s one of my favorite characters from such an under appreciated game).
A sea turtle I drew as a request for a special someone.

Honestly my favorite thing I’ve ever done. I’m really proud of it, and it took me a really long time and a lot of effort. It still has some flaws, but I’ve never been so proud or so happy with something I’ve done as I am with this.
Also, all I’ve been listening to is Gabe’s EP, and this is actually part one of three that I plan on doing. I’m hoping to do the other two on days when I have plenty of time.
I know it has a lot of mistakes and flaws still, but compared to the others I’ve done I’d say I’ve improved a lot and I’m very proud of this.
So, this is the last thing I will have painted this year, and the last time I’ll sign something “MB’11”.
I’m looking forward to “MB’12”.
